We offer you a completely renovated, modern flat on the 2nd floor in the centre of Oberhausen. The flat has 1 room kitchen hallway bathroom, 45 square metres. It is fully equipped for up to 4 guests. There is a very nice living room with a modern couch (which can also be pulled out as a double bed for sleeping purposes) and an additional double bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a new bathroom with shower.
Just a few minutes from our flat you will find the Conto - one of the largest shopping centres in Europe. You will also find the König Pilsener Arena, SeaLife Oberhausen, the Aquapark, Legoland, the Oberhausen Wheel Ferris wheel, the Musicaldome Metronom theatre, etc. on the premises. You can also reach Oberhausen Castle with its zoo, Vondern Castle, etc ....... in just a few minutes from the house. Within 10 minutes by car you can reach the longest indoor ski hall in the world, the Alpincenter Bottrop. Bottrop is also home to the Movie Park Germany theme park. The well-known adventure zoo ZOOM can be reached by car in approx. 15 minutes.

Our holiday flats are located in the city centre, within walking distance of Oberhausen town hall (approx. 5 minutes on foot). The house is located right next to the EKO (Evangelical Hospital) and the Kathonische Kliniken Oberhausen. The city theatre, restaurants etc. are also within walking distance. The Centro - one of the largest shopping centres in Europe - is approx. 1200 metres from the house.
Here at Centro you will find: one of the largest shopping centres in Europe with 220 shops on 90,000 sqm, Sea Life Aquarium, Legoland Oberhausen, Aquapark Oberhausen (modern fun pool with slides etc.), König Pilsener Arena (large arena for concerts, sporting events etc.), tree2tree climbing park, Metronom Theatre (musical theatre), Gasometer, Oberhausen Ferris wheel, tigerjump (trampoline park), - all just a few minutes from the house.
You can also reach Oberhausen Castle (with museum and zoo), Vondern Castle, the Turbine Hall (concert hall), etc. within a few minutes by car.
